Pepo has fond memories of cooking with his grandfather for the San Antonio Mission where thousands of parishioners and the local military base would come to join in the feast of Top Sirloin, grilled chicken, beans made from scratch, locally grown greens and good ol fashion french bread. He continued the tradition of service through the Knights of Columbus in catering for events for weddings, graduations, and supporting local fundraisers for the schools.
Susan grew up helping in the family business serving Korean food such as Korean BBQ, spicy noodles, soups and mandu (fried dumplings). Coming from a large family, the tradition continued where the family would celebrate these culinary delights each year celebrating their mother’s heritage.
Pepo and Susan have added other culinary delights over the years to include smoked meats, lasagna and spaghetti, traditional Mexican favorites like chili verde, enchiladas and fajitas and much more.
